Whether it was a single overwhelming event or a series of painful experiences over time, trauma can deeply shape how we move through the world. You might feel on edge, emotionally numb, easily triggered, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change. ​
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I work with both single-incident trauma (like accidents, medical events, or assaults) and more complex trauma (like chronic abuse, stress, or instability). Together, we’ll move at your pace to make sense of what happened and how it’s showing up in your life now.​
