This season can be beautiful... and incredibly hard.

Pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can stir up deep emotions, identity shifts, and old wounds. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from yourself or others, or like you're just not the parent you hoped you’d be.

 

As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, I support new and expectant parents through the full range of emotions that come with this life-changing transition. In our work together, we might explore:
 

  • Identity changes and role shifts

  • Hormonal fluctuations and emotional overwhelm

  • Birth trauma and medical experiences

  • The impact of your own childhood or relationship with caregivers

  • Changes in partnership, friendships, or career

  • The isolation or disconnection that often goes unspoken

 

I welcome individuals and families of all kinds, including LGBTQ+ parents, solo parents, and those growing their families through IVF, surrogacy, or adoption.
